A day in Lucerne...
We could write an extensive travel report on our day trip to Lucerne, discussing the hike not to go on, letting you know which restaurants are closed and providing you with the ferry schedule so that you too can make it back to your final destination in a timely fashion, however, we decided to leave all of those fabulous details out.
Needless to say, Lucerne is a great city with beautiful mountain views, an incredible lake and a lot of Swiss charm! Even when things go awry, as they sometimes do, you can still appreciate the beauty around you!

There is only one word I can think of to describe all of the pictures I keep seeing - SERENE!! No wonder people live longer over there - they are mellow from seeing this everyday! Thank you for documnting this wonderful adventure so beautifully!
