Gotta love the head of the trail.
Park your bike and your jacket and they will be there when you return.
Oh, we love it!
We are so fortunate to have an incredible network of well-marked, beautifully groomed trails in Switzerland. This weekend we all headed out for a walk in the woods and stumbled across a fabulous trail for Noah. At the start of the trail was a carved owl and from there, all along the walk, we spotted animals, gnomes and the Seven Dwarfs. Noah had a wonderful time searching for new animals and we loved that we could all be in nature together!
To inspire more outdoor activities with your children, please look at Last Child in the Woods,by Richard Louv which is a fascinating book that discusses the vital importance of having children spend adequate time in nature and coins the term, nature – deficit disorder.

I have been remiss in commenting! I love all the new posts, especially this one - I fear I didn't do enough of this with Kaitlyn, which is surprising since I love nature so much...maybe she will come around!! Love the shorts of Fasnacht too, you guys are great travel photographers!!
