Montone, Italy

Voted one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, we decided to see for ourselves the sweet town of Montone.
What made this town so very attractive was not only the old stone buildings and incredible charm, but also the stunning views from high above the city.
There is something truly magical about the area, sprawling landscapes, fields of wild poppies, rapeseed flowers that stretch for miles, lush, green grass and the rolling hills.
It truly is enchanting!
Another day and on this day, an Easter day at that, spent exploring, searching and discovering more of Italy's beauty.
Locals gathering in the town square.
Noah once again finding more steps to climb.
 Views from the distance.
 Little family shot.
View of the town from the top courtyard.
 Roof tops.
And this is why we love the area...

Afternoon hike - ok, afternoon run!
Noah and Robert - ahh...moments like these make my heart melt!
 Just checking out the trees.
Another family shot on the hike!
